transparency: Should we hide or show our past business experiences in posts? Blogging advice.... - 10/02/10 01:32 PM

You can't handle the truth....  the question should be, do you really want it?  I say yes, that people search for honesty and scenarios online. Here is what I am getting at...
Patricia Kennedy wrote this post the other day :
When They Say Mean Things About Their First Agent Pat basically shares a story about how she got a new listing after the previous realtor failed to sell it.. who might not have gotten the right chance to sell it. And it was a bad experience, so Pat wrote about it. Comments were positive until someone unknown … (23 comments)

transparency: I feel lifeless!!! Are you paid your worth? - 06/07/09 12:15 PM

Do you put 110% into your clients, yet you don't feel appreciated at times? Do you get beat up in this business?  Do you feel like you spin your wheels, especially in today's market place? Overall, does your pain show, even when you think you have your happy face on?
Well, in the last 2 weeks, this has all happened to me one way or another.  This post is not to brag about my ethics, how I treat clients, and that I feel that I am better than most when it comes to mortgages. But more so a form of … (31 comments)

transparency: The Life of Jeff Belonger -- Who is the guy behind the numbers ???? - 03/08/08 08:53 AM

Wow.... so much going through my mind as I begin to write this. What is making me jump out the plane without a chute, knowing that I will allow anyone to read this?  Because blogging can be therapeutic in so many ways. I love to share and most of all, I love when people get to know the true me, especially my clients. Besides, I think this will truly fit the word transparency.
Most of my stuff has been about mortgages. It can get old and mortgage blogs can be boring. So I needed a change of pace and … (32 comments)
