Some of the best known destinations in Woodstock New Hampshire are the Lost River Caves and mount Moosilauke (one of the must climbs to bag all the 4,000+ footers in the state). For me it's really about the Real Estate I manage for clients and the photography that inspires me in this White Mountain National Forest Town (p.s. the Appalachian mountain trail also crosses through Woodstock NH before ending its through hike in Maine).
This route 112 spot simply know as "The Beaver Pond" is about a mile from the Lost River Caves, and is directly along the A.P. Trail.

Let me get to the point...if you hire a professional photographer - then move on there is nothing for you to see here. If you are like me and do your own photos for listings? Try to take an exterior shot of the property at dusk with all the lights on inside. This will present a warm glow photo, and capture the buyers interest.
for me...I'm selling the outdoors to vacation home buyers. They live in the cities and suburbs of the North East, and are looking for great views and recreation for their families and Friends to enjoy.

With Nearly half of the State of New Hampshire being either State or National Forest Lands, I guess it's no wonder the woodland creatures have the run of the place. And I'm not talking about the deep dark recesses of the Forest... no right in my back yard on any given day, we find wild life in abundance.
