Gone in Sixty Seconds...or should I say Sold in 6 hours? We are not in a crackerjack market like some places in the world but we are warming up. Land sales and older manufactured home sales, especially rural, are still very slow. Regardless, we just helped our buyer get his offer accepted on a rural manufactured home he saw 6 hours ago. A couple we having been working with for about 3 months have been pre-approved and were watching the listings we send them diligently. Don't lowball the price. The last 2 foreclosure sales in our area went for cash, over list price with multiple offers in one week.
