Gone in Sixty Seconds...or should I say Sold in 6 hours?
We are not in a crackerjack market like some places in the world but we are warming up. Land sales and older manufactured home sales, especially rural, are still very slow. Regardless, we just helped our buyer get his offer accepted on a rural manufactured home he saw 6 hours ago.

Salida Colorado Real Estate: Smart buyers guide. Christine has put together a great buyer's guide for her area. It fits ours as well. the only thing I will add is a stategy for buying foreclosures. Don't lowball the price. The last 2 foreclosure sales in our area went for cash, over list price with multiple offers in one week. You are already getting a bargain so be prepared to act quickly and pay full price if your agent is showing you comps that shows that it is indeed a great deal. Enjoy her post!
