Faithful friends is an organization of volunteers who visit with their pets to area nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, mental health facilities and special events in the Houston Bay area. If you do not have a pet, you can assist other volunteers who have multiple animals.  New members should attend a workshop on Saturday, April 18 from 8:30-10:30 am at the University Baptist Church Chapel 16106 Middlebrook in Houston, TX 77059.  Please do not bring pets as appointments will be set during the workshop for pet temperament tests to be given later.  For more information, please call Julie Fernandez at 281-480-0638 or email faithful-friends@hotmail.com
