It's been a year since the Makeover2Takeover Contest here on ActiveRain. One thing Jeannette Neerpat and myself offered was a copy of our Pre-listing template and the 180 tasks of REALTOR.

To this day I am still recieving requests...and today...I am offering a link so that you can help yourself. See my thoughts were to grow my database by having people inquire via email.

The problem is as grand as the idea was..I never realized how many would actually request it...and there is a chance that those that requested may never have gotten it.

Today three people requested it, yesterday two and the day before 4. This tells me that agents are seeking valuable tools to help further their career along. I'm all for that.

Well today its here for the taking......so all you have to do is click on the links below and you can save this files on your computer.

BTW this is a sample but the REALTORS in this presentation are actual REALTORS and not paid actors! :)

Prelisting Template-copy and paste into PowerPoint and edit with your details. Remember 1st one in leave it with the potential seller and last one in...drop it off in advance.

180 Tasks of a REALTOR-this is a great document that I received through First American Title, Kim Dickey one of my favorite Real Estate Trainers.

Take this document and either use it in its form or edit to what you do for a real estate seller.

Check out the group Makover2Takeover and if your business is a little sluggish maybe you should complete the tasks that were required!

Bob/Sue, glad it wasn't just me. Midori, I am unable find the documents after clicking through the links. I was able to go to your old post though and get the 180 tasks... I just spen t 10 minutes trying to fugure how to find the template... HELP, it sounds great , how do I get the prelisting template?

Midori - I guess I am not the only one who could not access the template. I am glad I was not being "slow." I'll be back for it!

I use a similar listing package approach, I think it works and is a point of conversation. It points right to the value of using an agent.

Great blog, I have read one of your other one as well about Social networking verus blogs that was good also. I have spun myself in a circle looking for the Pre-Listing Template going from this site to your other site toanother site and back to this site. So when you get the time could you please send me a copy of your Pre-Listing Template I could really use a guideline here.

Great article with lots of great information we can use. Thanks so much Midori.

Would love to use this in my teaching of home stagers. They really don't realize what it takes, just like we probably don't know what it takes for them to stage a home. Good info.

We need to talk sometime... I just got a new hat... I have to try it on for size...

The 180 tasks are great. I still had problems with the pre-listing template. It directed me to another site but never found a template. Would love to take a look. What am I doing wrong?

Jamie-I made a post specifically for the template..I am able to open and so are others based on the thank you emails...so look at the link that says...terri and joy prelisting template and should be able to download on your computer..its a word doc and I made sure it was 2003 version. :) click save and all you have to do is edit!
