Both rental units to be listed soon need to be cleaned professionally, and sent one investor several recommendations so he could get bids. Got the water turned back on at another rental to get cleaned prior to listing.
An out of town buyer had questions about another loft building downtown, and had to tell her the building is still engaged in a long involved law suit.
Interesting days..... Only a couple left in this challenge!
