Each Action listed must advance at least one business goal
Break marketing tasks that seem too big into smaller, multi-day 30 minute tasks.
Use the goals that you identified in Days 2 - 5 and create action steps from them.
Goal: Set up my Social Media Sites
Action Steps:
- Choose 1- 3 social media sites that reach your target audience
- Sign up for each site. Make sure to choose a user name that makes it easy for people to find you.

Gather information to set up profiles:
- Digital photo, short bio, the links to your current website or blog
- Understand the rules of each social network and follow them (this means read the Terms of Service)

Look for like or complementary pages or profiles. This could include industry leaders, competitors, or other business people
- Review these profiles make a list of what you like and what you don’t like.
- pay attention to the kinds of comments that are being left
- Ask yourself, what kind of conversation do you want to start.
- Visit the groups that relate to your expertise. Make a note as to how active they are, how often are people visiting and commenting.
- Set up your basic page for each of the Social Media Sites
- Invite 30 people a day to be your friend or follower. Start with the people in your current contact list.
- Add content in terms of an article, or comment at least twice a week.
There you have it a 10 step plan that can be accomplished in 30 minutes a day.
By following this your marketing will become a habit and something that you mark off your to do list every day.
