HOW MANY AGENTS DOES IT TAKE TO CHANGE A LIGHTBULB

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with people first...then business Ran Right Realty 636943 licensed to thrill

NONE is the answer. When you need repairs or handy work you call a repair or handyman. When you want to buy or sell property whether for an investment or to make it home sweet home, you want someone who does that for a living. We don't want one call does it all. We want a specialist. A licensed, dedicated professional who loves what they do and excels at it

FINDING THE RIGHT AGENT

As a client or principal to be, that may be the hardest part of getting started. Finding the right person for your transaction. For one thing, if you are selling, a selling agent is probably the best way to go considering all things. If buying, a buying agent and what they do will go to work for you. Some people may want a shrewd or hard negotiator agent and others a patient detailed agent who zeroes in on your happiness wants

BUYERS, SELLERS AND INVESTORS

A specialist is someone who gets the mission accomplished. As a Real Estate participant, you want to get in and out of a Real Estate transaction successfully. That's how you keep score in the Real Estate world. It is by results.

PROFESSIONALS

When I find a professional anywhere and it doesn't matter what the profession is, you cannot help but notice your own warm and fuzzy feelings coming to the surface and a sense of relaxation or competence fills the air. To see someone using their skills and talents to being about a successful service or an outcome is most fascinating and instructive too. It encourages everyone to be their best

So, how many agents does it take to change a light bulb? NONE....but a good agent will see to it that it gets addressed
