I can remember when I bought my first house in 2004. I was sooooo excited to get a loan with a 5.625% interest rate and it was the best deal ever for me. 9 years later I refinanced to 4%. I had been a renter for 30 years!!!!
So even though the rates are up a bit over 4% still is historically low. Lexington KY houses are now appreciating for equity and are still a great investment.
