Good morning everyone-As anyone who follows Roger Mucci's blog knows he has a group called Taking it off in the Rain. Each Monday he weighs in and reports his loss, gain or rocking steady, Anyone else who is also taking it off in the rain can weigh in as well. If you happen to lose the most weight for the week then he does a Tuesday star of the week post highlighting your achievement. I have been the lucky recipient of that star many times this year and many congrats not only from Roger but from all his followers.
While I am not one that likes the spotlight I am one who appreciates all the support, kindness and encouragement. Now this Monday while I did lose. Roger lost more and he and I were the only two who weighed in. Now as he says he doesn't highlight himself so I want to do that even though it is on Thursday vs Tuesday. But since this is a THANKFUL THURSDAY post I thought it was fitting to highlight not only for his 1.4# weight loss this week but also for his support of anyone who is taking it off in the rain. His continual support for anyone who is and the highlight any week we have the highest loss.
I also want to thank him for his friendship, encouragement and for his tremendous support. You are the BEST my friend. You deserve this every week for being the best friend anyone could ever have. Roger has lost 15# to date and I know will reach his goal. He already won the battle of smoking. He decided last June to NOT SMOKE for the day and each day thereafter until after one year he finally said HE QUIT. So this star is for both accomplishments.
This is for YOU my friend. YOU DESERVE IT
