Hi Patty,

Backyards have become an extension to most family homes. Family get-togethers are so special unless it is way too hot or cold. In the summer, we eat around 7:00 and it has usually cooled off some.

I think anything is better than dirt and weeds but appraisers do not give much unless it is a spectacular yard as it is just expected. I think backyards are more important for family entertaining, landscaping and just pure enjoyment.
