The Neighborhood of Lowry in Denver is conveniently located off Alameda and Quebec east of downtown Denver. Lowry was the location of the Parade of Homes in 1998. Being locating 7 minutes to Cherry Creek and 12 minutes to downtown Denver, this is a desirable location.
Lowry offers many types of housing from condos and townhomes to low maintenance patio homes and detached single family homes.
If you have driven through Lowry lately, you will see some big changes happening at Quebec & Lowry Boulevard. Buildings are being demolished and dirt is being moved in preparation for the new roads and many trees are being planted in preparation for this new development. Boulevard One will feature smart living spaces enjoying the city vibe surrounded by trails, outdoor spaces and cafes & shops.
In the coming months there will be more information on the availability of homes. There will be apartments, condos, townhomes and single family homes. Exciting times in Lowry seeing Boulevard One in the beginning stages.
