23rd Holiday Toy Drive in Delray Beach through December 17, 2013. Please Open Your Hearts and Give!

 

Delray Citizens for Delray Police/Kids and Cops Program is holding its 23 Holiday Toy Drive- DelrayHoliday Toy Drive through December 17.

Please donate new and unwrapped toys (PLEASE, no toy guns!) so that all of our children can have the kind of holiday that all children dream of.

When-

Now through December 17, 2013

What-

New and unwrapped toys or gift cards for children ages 5-17

No Toy Guns, please.

  • Delray Beach City Hall, 100 NW 1st Avenue

  • All Delray Beach Fire Rescue Stations

  • Delray Beach Police Department, 300 West Atlantic Avenue

  • Delray Beach Community Center, 50 NW 1st Avenue

  • Boston’s on the Beach, 40 South Ocean Boulevard

  • Delray Shores Pharmacy, 600 North Congress Avenue

  • Meisner Electric Inc, 220 NE 1st Avenue

  • Delray Center for the Arts at Old School Square, 51 North Swinton Avenue

  • Elks Club, 265 NE 4th Avenue

  • Spodak Dental, 4665 West Atlantic Avenue

  • Sande’s Restaurant, 1717 North Federal Highway

  • Mellow Mushroom, 25 SE 6th Avenue

     Note- On Saturday, December 7, 2013, from 9 am to 2 pm there will be a special “Toy Drive Drop Off” in front of the Delray Beach Police Department on Atlantic.

 

Holiday Toy Drive 
                                                 Head to your local station and drop off toys! 

 

 

Please open your hearts, and think about the children in our community who may go through the holidays missing out on so much.  Open your hearts and please give.

Kathy: Toy drives are my favorite to give to around the Holidays. When I was a new immigrant in Canada as a kid, I remember someone dropped a toy by our house on Christmas morning. I never found out WHO it came from, and I have never forgotten that kind gesture.

Noah- we hit a few of these places, so we're getting toys to take over. 

BARFF- Uncle BARFF.... oops Uncle Roger!  (you should play Santa!)

Wayne- I think people will especially with so many places to make it easy for them. 

Gabe- I agree. Let them have special memories just as we've had. 

Hella- that's so special... I  hope you write about it.

Dorie- How can we not.... I know how special Handsome Hudson is to you, so I know you'll be giving!

All of us need to support the important holiday toy drives in our home communities. And, we need to make sure the food banks have supplies for the families that are in need.
