Hi Jon - this is a sweet home, owned by the same family for about 48 of its 51 years. Lots of good times and happy memories here.

Elizabeth, it's very, very hard to find a house in this condition and close to SFSU for under $800,000. I suspect there will be a very happy buyer in a few weeks' time.
