The Buyers now can call this home THEIRS! Many bumps along the way, and even at the walk thru 2 hours prior to closing, it looked like the Sellers would not be out. The Buyers are looking forward to putting their stamp of style on this home and making many new memories. Congratulations!
My favorite lender called one day and said some friends that are in their weekend four-wheeling club was talking about buying a home and in my area. He gave them my name and number, and was exciting the day they called me. They currently rent a home two minutes from my house!
They got pre-approved right away, and set them up on a drip from MLS. They preferred to drive by the homes first to be sure there was room for their "weekend toys" in side yards or back yards. (I know what toys my lender has, so knew what they were looking for)
We identified several homes and off we went. With low inventory in their price range, and then having the yard requirement, there were not many homes that fit their criteria. First day out we found a home on a corner (perfect) with a very large yard and the home was in pretty good condition. This home is in Cherry Creek Schools and close to shopping and dining.
This home is now SOLD, but here are other great homes for sale in Aurora.
