Drees Homes offers 8 patio home floor plans, all with a minimum of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a 2 car garage. Some floor plans may not be available in a particular community due to lot size restrictions.
Also, the same floor plan in one community may be priced significantly higher than another community. Location matters!
Expect starting prices of $270,000 and up, with the emphasis on UP as you start customizing the home with your choices in flooring, cabinets, and more.
