How lucky are we at Re/Max eastern to have Alex Shanyder, Esq. teach us our continuing education . Every two years we are required to renew our Real Estate license and take continuing education courses We also reviewed Ethics and Fair Housing . It is not easy to keep these subjects interesting but Alex kept us engaged and on our toes . He challenged our knowledge on these subjects . We arrived at 9AM to fresh coffee tea and orange juice with an array of bagels , muffins and delicious danish at Lamberti's in Feasterville .
The room was filled with agents from both our offices . After an interesting morning of learning our order was taken for lunch chicken parmigiana , sausage & peppers w/Penna pasta , pasta primavera were the choices . Home made pizza bread & rolls were served with a big bowl of fresh salad . Pitchers of ice tea soda & water were also placed on the table with fresh grated cheese , hot pepper flakes and a home made Cesar salad dressing . Needless to say the lunch was wonderful.
Alex did not waste anytime right after we finished lunch we signed in for the second session . He gave us real cases and each table had multiple choice questions to answer . This was fun and interesting figuring out what we would have done in the situation and what the right answer was . We laughed at each other as we discussed and politely argued what we thought the right answers were .
We all learned something today that we can apply in our business tomorrow. It was also nice to spend the day learning and experiencing camaraderie with our other associates at Re/Max eastern .
Re/Max eastern associates are so lucky to learn so much and eat so well .
