This weekend I took a Texas buyer out viewing homes, and their criteria was to have a private yard, some views and not be crammed into a neighborhood wall to wall and had a good price point. When I recommended Larkspur, their family members said it was closer to Colorado Springs, but reluctantly said, OK, let's see a home there. He saw the beauty this area offers, and drove back directly from Larkspur to check how long it would take to drive to work.
