In today's real estate environment, listings are gold, but should come with some attention to detail - and many listings in our area are lacking!
Taking photos from your cell phone that are dark and not of the entire room does not showcase a home in the right light. The EYE BUYS!
A complete description of the home -- did you list where the laundry is at? Sometimes that is critical to buyers.
Did you read your comments about the home? Correct the errors so it doesn't look like a 2nd grader wrote it! Did you send the listing to your Seller - what would they think?
When you list a property, the likelihood of getting calls/texts/emails is HUGE, so be ready and available if at all possible. Respect your fellow REALTORS, and do what you would appreciate in return.
This industry is really small when you think about it, even in our large City. You WILL run into that REALTOR again, so why leave them with a bad taste in your mouth.
