  Saddle Rock Ridge - Aurora CO is a neighborhood in Southeast Aurora comprised of over 2,000 single-family homes built from 1997 to 2016 by several different builders.  This is one of the largest subdivisions in Southeast Aurora, located within the Cherry Creek School District and close to shopping, hospitals, many restaurant options, and entertainment. 

 

Housing in Saddle Rock Ridge in Aurora is popular with its location close to Southlands Shopping Center with lots of retail options and restaurants, easy access to E-470, and Denver International Airport.   Prices range from $340,000 to $850,000 and this neighborhood is located within the zip code of 80015.

 

Let's look at the sales for the month of June 2021 - 

Total sales - 12 ranging from $450,000 to $650,000   (20 sales last month)   

Average Days on Market - 4 days   (6 days last month)

Sellers Saw - 106.29% to list price    (105.07% last month)        

Average Price - $527,500    

As you can see, the extremely low inventory caused buyers to make offers considerably above list price to secure their offers!    For today's market - we are seeing the actives are now on the market for 14 days, so seeing a slight shift in the market.

School-age children will attend Cherry Creek Schools and depending on where in this neighborhood you are located, here are the schools - Antelope Ridge Elementary or Canyon Creek Elementary, Thunder Ridge Middle School, and Cherokee Trail High School or Eaglecrest High School.
