This Week…The Crunch is On

This week I made calls to the family to invite them for Thanksgiving dinner. I know it’s early but since my return to Houston, we’ve had about 35++over to celebrate the holiday.

You’ve probably seen some of my family members in my posts. Since the family has grown, our dinner is early so some can attend “in-law” dinners as well.

For now, it’s just about planning the menu and decorating the house.
When I say crunch it’s because shortly after that the jolly old man with the white beard arrives…Crunch #2!

I understand why Christmas and Hanukkah are when they are, but I do wish they’d put Thanksgiving in October, which from what I’ve read was in October.
