Sorry NAR * I'm not sending ANYTHING to my representatives as I will appear unknowing and unprofessional * this LAW regarding 1099 reporting has been in effect for YEARS! and is EASY to report with forms from Staples or Office Depot......property managers have been doing this for client/property owners AND vendors and small landlords SHOULD have been doing this also. After "rent collection time" between the 1st and the 5th * the 10th and the 30th are my FAVORITE times of my property management month. The 10th and the 30th are the two times that I send out net owner disbursements and while I do offer to mail deposits to their bank and e-mail their financial statement, I REALLY enjoy taking the time to write notes on their financial reports about the property, the residents or neighborhood if they have actually lived in the property.
