haymarket homes for sale: From Our House To Yours Happy Thanksgiving - 11/28/13 12:34 AM
One of my fondest memories as a child was the Thanksgiving Holiday. My mother loved to cook and cook she did in preparing food for not just our family, but for relatives and people who had no where to go for the holiday. We always had someone into our home who was in need and my parents wanted to help. I remember counting as many as 40 guests.
This year is no exception when it comes to me appreciating this wonderful day. We have so much to be grateful for as I'm sure, you do to.
From our house to yours HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

One of my favorite communities in Northern Virginia is Haymarket. It is attractive, charming, quaint and simply put, a wonderful place to visit. There are restaurants, shopping both downtown and a brand new Shopping Center with a Walmart and Kohl's just west of Highway 15.
A great way to learn about Prince William County and a town like Haymarket it to tour the Discover Prince William County website. Why not take a moment and read for yourself.

One thing I often hear Home Inspectors telling my clients, is the importance of having the Clothes Dryer Vent Cleaned/Serviced on a regular basis. There are actually several reasons to have this done. At the top of the list and the greatest reason, is to prevent a fire.
Yesterday, we made it our turn to have our Dryer/Vent cleaned and serviced. I made a few phone calls and decided to use Normen's Air Duct Services. Here is a brief description from start to finish as to what my wife and I experienced.

haymarket homes for sale: Are Home Inspections Necessary When Purchasing A BRAND NEW House? - 10/22/13 07:40 AM
I've always told my buyers, whether they are purchasing a re-sale property or a brand new home, you REALLY DO NEED A HOME INSPECTION. It's just something I firmly believe in.
Most often buyers purchasing a re-sale property simply agree and once "Under Contract", the Inspection is ordered.
