This "Consummate Log Cabin on the Lake" has just gone into sale pending today. I have taken this shot this morning to send it to the buyers so that they can see how it looks in the snow.

When Your Buyer Knows Your Blogs It’s a Good Sign I was with a new client and part of his family yesterday showing cabins and homes at Fishhawk Lake. As we did the tour, I would point out items of interest or talk about the local wildlife. I pointed out the creek where the salmon spawn yearly and some of the photos I’d taken in years past. Oh, yes, he’d seen those.
I talked about the bald eagle swooping down recently to try to capture something in the water. Yup, he’d seen those pictures, too and read my blog. … (14 comments)
