I have had buyers looking for large condos for a few years. They come from large single-family homes and are ready for easy one-level living. These buyers are right-sizing, not down-sizing. They want space for entertaining, state-of-the-art gourmet kitchens, a lavish spa bath, and room for guests and family to visit. They want the convenience of shopping, gyms, and restaurants.
