Last Tuesday's presentation by Anna Banana Kruchten CRS CRB, Phoenix Broker, was presented with professionalism, a great deal of knowledge, humor, and I loved it! The topic was life and business plans. Listening to the ease and simplicity of Anna's explanation, she even had worksheets available before speaking. So very organized, Anna has that knack for making everything so darn simple and even easier to understand. If you chose, you could have had your business and life plan for the year within that hour.

Nope I don't make formal New Year's resolutions and I don't do formal business plans but I do have a simple formula that seems to work just fine. My plan is to get a signature every day possible.
Each time you get a signature in real estate you are moving forward. Some examples of these signatures are... signing a listing agreement, signing up a new buyer client, getting a price reduction, home inspection negotiations, making a change to a contract, approving a new addenda, getting a power of attorney, signing a home owner warranty, signing the myriad of forms at the settlement … (48 comments)

Business Plan The Rome Way Continue to do business the Rome Way. My love for real estate is evident in the way I continue do business..answering the phone, finding creative ways to get a TOO LATE sign on my listings, hosting a weekly radio show, taking care of myself and limiting my listings to 15.
