buyer questions: Get The Information Before The Appointment

How much time do you spend with a potential client before you meet with them? Qualifying someone who wants to sell their home is important. We can gain so much Information before touring their house. This past week, I was out on several listing appointments and spoke with several more people thinking about selling. Gathering information is essential. As a Realtor®, you have to ask direct questions, and they need answering. When working with a buyer or seller, some questions NEED answers. Tact is essential, but the answers are a must to get properties under contract. If you are planning to take on a client, here are a few of those questions.
