My clients are purchasing a very large home together. These are two sisters that sold their homes and decided to live together. The home they are buying has a pool, separate master suites, landscaped private lot, a two car garage and a finished lower level. There is plenty of room for each one to have privacy and yet still share the luxury of a beautiful home much nicer than a single home for each. It was a beautiful blanket of white fluff in Baltimore, the streets stayed clean, the trees and bushes were coated and... you can see a bit of the beauty from the beach house.

Mother nature had another plan...called snow! Many phone calls back and forth between the me and sellers...and it was decided that they would leave the open house on but I would not be attending...not with it already snowing and a forecast of 4-8'' and a drive of 90 minutes without weather or traffic. My wonderful seller surprised me with this poem:

Received a few photos from my sellers in Chesapeake Beach this evening as they were celebrating Erin's birthday. The flowers and appetizers look beautiful and then one more picture came.
It was a picture of the Harvest Moon over the Chesapeake Bay and the photo was taken from the family room window. That same view can be seen from the Master Bedroom.
