A lovely size master bedroom with bath is a must-have. A porch or a deck would be helpful, along with a fenced pet-friendly yard.

It has been a wonderfully busy week with showings, offers, new listing appointments, answering buyer and seller questions, counseling, hand holding, talking a buyer out of a particular property, talking a seller into waiting to sell their home plus a very smooth settlement that I would like to share.

A Pikesville Icon...Fields! At one time most neighborhoods had a pharmacy and a lunch counter. Fields still has the cafe and we recently enjoyed lunch sitting on a swivel stool at the counter. The poster on the wall shows the building dating back to 1892. One hundred twenty years is a long time to be in business. There must be a reason to sustain itself.
