loving your home not ready to sell: They Are Not Finished Loving This Home

A phone call to set up an appointment for a showing on one of my listings led to a conversation that the seller was a tiny bit uncomfortable...they are changing their minds about selling right now. The house sits on over seven acres; the family loves it, especially their pre-teen daughter. When we were getting close to an offer, they realized this was NOT the right decision for their family, at least not the entire family.
