mls withdrawal: They Are Not Finished Loving This Home

A phone call to set up an appointment for a showing on one of my listings led to a conversation that the seller was a tiny bit uncomfortable...they are changing their minds about selling right now. The house sits on over seven acres; the family loves it, especially their pre-teen daughter. When we were getting close to an offer, they realized this was NOT the right decision for their family, at least not the entire family. When we search the MLS and see that a property is no longer on the market...we may wonder why.
-Maybe they've changed their minds.
