Less than two weeks ago, I wrote "A New Home for the New Year". Since then, I have received feedback from my listeners and colleagues that suggests that nothing happens at the end of the year in the real estate market. However, I'm glad we didn't listen to that advice because we received a contract on the last day of November, and it was ratified the next day, December 1st.
