When coaching or speaking around the country about SendOutCards, I am often asked is it too late Jay to send a card after the birthday, anniversary etc.?
Or I will do it next year...Or the time is not right.
Well after spending a week in the hospital with a friend and seeing life pass in front of you...it is never too late to reach out and say Thanks; I love you; I appreciate you ...etc....Not only to your clients but your family and friends.
Even today...one could send a Be-lated Valentine's Day card and set their calendar so next year you get a reminder … (4 comments)
Many years ago I heard a trainer say: Try to separate yourself from others and see your efforts return greater results. He went on to say .. send Happy Thanksgiving cards instead of Christmas cards...be different...be the first in their mailboxes. Indeed I still send Christmas cards....but I sent thousands of Thanksgiving Day cards and the results have been amazing..... Why do I share this. Well as many of you know I am a huge SendOutCard advocate and have a very large organization that I teach to everyday. There...I said it....what many don't like to talk about because they don't have one in place...now go build your article Jay. Recently, I returned from Houston after speaking to a great group of business professionals. The excitement in the room was contagious. Much of the same subjects came up. How do you do it Jay? How do you compete with Google; Zillow; Trulia etc. How do we get started. And many others. Now what does this all mean? If you are not appreciating your clients; your business is doomed to be gobbled up by an on line experience in the future. … (9 comments)
