Observations on a Summer afternoon I have yet to work out the hottest part of the day, for Utah. Sometimes early afternoon, sometimes much later, especially with very late sunsets at this time of the year.

It is definitley summer with predicted days of around the century. Minor relief from encroaching storm cells from the South. Threats of further fires in desert areas because of lightening strikes. It is August; it is hot.
Spare a thought for the wildlife. Spreading of human habitation was supposed to divide animal space to the extent that delicate balances of habitat would be in … (3 comments)

Sometimes there are signs of improvement It was a lovely day in Murray UT - just the right amount of everything, sunshine and shade, flowers and green grass. And I believe in working open houses. More people pass me there than pass my desk the whole week.
My office has this 70s condo listing (cameo style development) that I took on at short notice barely scraping advice into the MLS yesterday. I had picked 1 - 4 pm.  What a day. What a beautiful, warm Spring day in Sugarhouse UT for a great Open House. 67 degrees and sunshine
After the snow of last Saturday and the promise of rain today (someone else got the 50% chance that we missed.
Buyers were out in droves, even agents came who found it too cold to venture out last week.
There were the just lookers, the serious lookers and the parents who lived in Sugarhouse trying to interest adult children children to live nearby. Three solid hours of lookers (with much follow-up … (7 comments)
