Hello y'all!

Wow, its been awhile since my last blog entry and I have to admit, I got caught up in the game again and forgot to go back to the basics.  Even just a simple blow entry to get back in contact with all your fellow agents.  This summer I have to say has been my best year in the business.  I spent a great deal of time reading through the spring months and figuring where I wanted to concentrate my team and become an expert in a field of real estate.  I had dealt with a few investors and really enjoyed the experience.  Having been involved in the sales of their properties and learning from them, first hand, what they did and how they completed their goals was fascinating.  Thats when it clicked! 

I have decided to become the expert in my market for investment deals and representing those investors in my market for deals all across Canada and the US.  This is still in the childhood stage but the business, learning experience and joy I get from this angle in the business is worth it. 

As it is getting a little late now, I will post another entry this week looking for other agents feedback on what they did to expand that area of their business.  I am eager to learn more and really stand out from the crowd here at home.
