Margaret, I almost missed this one! I will check this out later on, and free is always good these days. I am 1 module away from my GRI, and to be honest I didn't like the courses at all. I was, in fact, extremely disappointed. I was being sold to the entire time while the home inspector did his thing for us. For the price I paid I wanted to find out things that pertained to what I needed to do to be a better real estate agent. I have learned more on ActiveRain than I ever did sitting in the GRI modules.

So, I am off to check this out. Thank you!
