Villages of Brentwood has sold well in 2011 despite the numbers going down this year. Spring of 2010 showed a spike in sales because of the Tax Incentive. Many of the Buyers in this neighborhood are first time homebuyers and qualified for the incentive.

Sales in Villages of Brentwood look like the prices have decreased a good bit, but when you compare the actual Sales Price per Square Foot, the prices only decreased 3%.There is currently one pending sale with a list price of $168,900. There are 8 properties on the Active market, which is just under a 6 month supply. This is a very healthy amount of inventory!
Villages of Brentwood is located in South Nashville in the Nipper's Corner area. It is zoned for Granbery Elementary, which is a popular elementary school in this part of town.
School will be starting in a few weeks and the existing inventory could be partially depleted by then.
