There are people who are good stewards of what they come into contact with. I have worked with many of the best. They appear to be cheap, but in real life they are being frugal. It is easy to spend money and not account for it. It is like wasting food in a sense. Anyone can do it, but why would you want to?

There is a time to spend money and a time to consider the opposite dynamic. I have seen products that under close examination are not worth what is being asked. Just take a moment and you will see it too. While there is worth, the more conservative will pass or wait until it goes on sale.
PAUSE ON EXPENSIVE ITEMS
On large ticket items, research, education and counseling as well as huge doses of PAUSE is highly recommended. Can you believe that some people in today's Real Estate world still have no Real Estate agent representation? That is just plain foolish for a transaction of this size
WASTING THE FAMOUS 3 WISHES
This thinking promotes a healthy character and mind set. Its like having three wishes. No one would want to squander that privilege. People who work hard for their money do not want to just spend it. They want something in return for it. Value, pleasure and function speaks to the consumer especially now a days
ANYONE CAN HAVE MONEY AND MONEY CAN HAVE YOU
I have seen people in bondage to money too. It is the saddest thing to behold. To give money a stature that is more important than the one handling it promotes a confusing set of ideals or thinking. Whatever we call wealth is tangible and material and has no real value except one true thing
THE MONEY HANDLER IS THE VALUE
The real value are the people who handle it wisely and... not let it handle them while they do
