I am speaking of the real deal where YOU know what you did, why you did it and how it was not appropriate and some ancient and powerful dynamic driven by your conscience or (?) at work compels you to approach this subject with humility and give it the respect it deserves? I run into people often who still have not come into their awareness of the choice or part they play in their actions or inaction's. Instead, blame and long explanations mixed with excuses goes to work to describe a personal or professional experience that was not to their liking. Power and money for some reason gives permission for a person to unleash themselves, without restraint thus revealing who they are, what they think and how they want to proceed in whatever the matter at hand is.
