Visiting with Noah in Evanston
It was a joy to finally speak with my friend Noah Seidenberg from Evanston Illinois today, a call that had been delayed far too long and was made possible with a little encouragement from our friend Debbie Reynolds .
Noah and I don’t live that far apart yet sometimes it seems like a world apart from Chicago to the Northwoods. Yet we do both plan to be at a meetup in the Milwaukee area later this year at Sally K. & David L. Hanson ’s place, hopefully we will see plenty of others there too.
We talked about a ton of things during our conversation that lasted well over an hour including SEO, meetups, technology, paperwork, family, forestry, and how real estate is run in the suburbs of Chicago and Wisconsin.
Noah is not only the friendliest fellow that you have met so far but he is also a very intelligent person and a techie from back when being techie was just getting started.
Noah has SEO down to a science and has become the king of SEO in Evanston where if you Google “Evanston Real Estate”, you will find two entries on the first page for his domain, www.coldwellbankerevanston.com.
He was wise enough to buy the domain early in his real estate career, before his broker thought to snatch it up, and has been careful to keep the name and improve on it every week through constant blogging and regular Saturday upgrades to the site by his computer guy.
You will also notice by Googling his first name and town, “Noah in Evanston” that you will find he is the most popular Noah in the city with the first page of Google filled with his social media sites including AR; clearly blogging has been very good for Noah and his SEO.
Though we could have talked for hours, eventually family members required our attention so we had to conclude our conversation for a while. Hopefully you will be able to see both of us at Sally’s meetup in Milwaukee in a few months.
If you have not subscribed to Noah’s blog yet, I highly recommend that you sign up right away, you will be glad that you did.
