The Anthem Country Club real estate continued it's summer slump through September. The total number of homes sold in the Country Club inched up slightly from August, up 13%, and up 80% from September 2016. The average sale price decreased again in September, down 1% from August, and down 13% year over year. The price per square foot increased 6% from August and up 4% year over year. The days on market increased significantly from August, up 70%, but down 34% year over year. The burn rate, (or homes under contract versus homes on the market) is now 4.09 month’s supply, edging toward a buyer's market. Again, the 12 month moving average continues increase nicely year over year (+5%). There are now 71 homes on the market in the Club, up 16% from August.
