Hickory Wild is one the prettiest neighborhoods in Clarksville. It is a well-planned community of homes with most having Craftsman styling.

The subdivision has lots of common areas which includes a grand entrance, boulevard, playgrounds, picnic areas and a gorgeous pool and clubhouse. The many sidewalks provide an excellent opportunity for walking and meeting neighbors.  All of this is maintained by the HOA managed by Ghertner and Company. Trash pick up is also included in the monthly HOA fee plus grass mowing.

The homes range in size from 1,500 to over 3,000 sq. ft. and several with 3-car garages. Hickory Wild is outside of the city limits but close to Beachaven Winery and Governors Square Mall. Interstate 24 is not far away.

The December 2017 Market Report for Hickory Wild in Clarksville shows that homes are selling fast. The prices are up per sq. ft. and the average selling price is up. These are all good signs that the neighborhood is stable and growing.

What does 2018 look like for Hickory Wild? The neighborhood is about 12 years old and continues to grow. There is lots of future land for development. Hickory Wild has many years ahead before it is completed.
