homegain buyerlink sucks: Does HomeGain BuyerLink suck?

So based on the recommendation of some online guru I signed up for Homegain's buyerlink program through Mark Ghali. They drive traffic to a landing page that they designed (which I think is crappy looking, but if that works... ok sure) and you just sit back and wait for people to fill out a form to get access. Given that I own FranklyMLS.com the most open access MLS search, I can see why you might ask why would I try this?
