Here are some ground rules for interacting with decision makers, CEO's and power brokers in general.

Having spent the last few years in the Luxury Home Market working with everyone from Celebrities, CEO's, Politicians, Doctors and Lawyers I have a few introductory thoughts and then I will get into the details of the actual presentation I would recommend you use.
I do believe there is psychology involved when dealing with someone of high net worth. On the other hand they do put on their pants or dress the exact same way that you do, so there should be no fear or intimidation coming from you

Let's look at some math first..
$100,000 Home Sale @ 3% x 34 Units = $100,000 Income
$300,000 Home Sale @ 3% x 12 Units = $100,000 Income
$500,000 Home Sale @ 3% x 7 Units = $100,000 Income
$1,000,000 Home Sale @ 3% x 4 Units = $100,000 Income
How about a mixture? This is probably the best and easiest to attain..
(5) $100,000 sales + (5) $300,000 sales + (1) $500,000 sale + (1) $1,000,000 Sale = $100,000 Income
Thats only 12 sales in one year..
