Whew! What a year this has been! Many of my friends’ Real Estate Firms have closed down this year. There was a mass exodus of Agents and the ones that stayed, either complained or re-specialized. 2009 will go down in history as the Year of the Short Sales and Foreclosures. If you didn’t sell those, you didn’t sell much… The only constant of 2009 was that there was no constant. Everything changed from month to month, week to week, even day to day.
