Dorie- what a fabulous idea to do them ahead when you know people will be calling for them. I have helped people on a case by case basis, but I can see where your way would save tremendous amounts of time.
We established this form of reporting years ago and has proved to be very helpful to many more people in our community. There are certain residents that protest every year and use our data!

We do get flooded with calls but we are happy to provide them with what they need to make a difference in their tax protest.
