Dorie, We've been using Angie's List to supplement our list of vendors when we don't already have a superb provider of that particular service.

Having a good, conscientious vendor to refer not only helps the vendor and Buyer or Seller, it makes you look good to your Clients -- and that's worth more than most appreciate.  Nice job paying it forward with a vendor you can count on!

Dorie - sound like a win-win - you're client gets a quality worker to prepare the home for sale and the vendor has work - which can be hard to find these days! Best of all - you're clients are smart and listened to your suggestions and are getting their home showroom ready before putting it on the market!

Dorie, I could not agree more! There are so many different vendors out there that it is good to have a list of reliable folks, with a proven track record to share with our clients!

Vendor lists are an invaluable resource as they often make the difference between moving on to the next house on the list or putting together a plan of action and making an offer on the home being viewed.

Hi Dorie!  We're revising our list as I write this!  Our vendors have to provide A+ customer service at a competitive price or better.  One complaint and they're off the list; we can't afford to have complaints as they are a direct reflection on US!  This list is a great resourse for our clients and a MUST to provide to them.

Another great way to pass on a thank you to those valuable assests to our business, a great vendor!

Hi Dorie, a good vendor list --- with vendors who appreciate the referral and take care of our clients is a must!  I keep adding to the list too, like you said, sometimes our clients will be a raving fan of someone they've used.  I bet the expanding businessman was thankful for your referral! :-)
