Just as we thought, last month’s little dip in the Country Club home market was just an anomaly. The number of homes sold in March increased slightly from February. But more importantly, the average sale price continued on its upward trend. The average price per square foot increased as well, and more notably, the 12 month moving average shows us up by 18% in the Country Club. There are currently 61 homes actively on the market with 19 under contract, in the Country Club.
