Just because the market is active right now does not mean I have to change how I have always taken listings. Yes, I have a waiting list. This gives you, the seller, time to do your cleaning and purging and decide where you are going.
When you and the house are ready, professional photos are taken, sorted, captioned, and uploaded to the computer. We may do the professional photos weeks or months before being prepared to list. I can have everything in place, including measurements and documents, so when your date arrives, we are ready with the click of a computer key.

It might seem a bit slow at this time in December but there are still buyers and sellers looking at real estate.
How do I know?
Several calls today, letting me know they are looking for a home and also that they will be putting their property on the market after the New Year!
Some need to sell prior to buying.

Baltimore's weather:
We are having a heat wave along with HHH also known as humid, hot and hazy.
It takes special stamina to show properties right now.
This is the temperature reading when I entered my car this past week.
Yesterday we had severe weather...torrential downpours and heavy flooding. Driving home last night, after having dinner with a friend, took almost 45 minutes and it was only 5 miles away.
Many roads were flooded and I had to keep turning around...seeking higher ground. So wonderful to get into my garage and safely into my house. Many others had their cars floating away, homes and businesses … (7 comments)

In Baltimore All HomeRome Listing Appointments Are Made By Me! One of the most important things I do in my business is make my own appointments. Not a coordinator, not a Centralized Showings and not an assistant. This is the service I give to my clients. Sure if it is a vacant property a Lockbox with 'show anytime' is fine for many. If I have taken the responsibility to list the property, I will take the responsibility for getting agents and buyers into the property.

My camera goes everywhere with me and it is definitely my best friend. I remember to keep a charger with me at all times.
