The real estate data company Truila has announced the addition of crime maps to its website that will allow homebuyers to determine crime rates in areas where they are buying.
Trulia said it had partnered with CrimeReports.com to produce the maps.  Users can view crime rates in specific areas, toggle between neighborhoods, and directly compare statics in different regions. 
How do you think this will impact your buyers in your market?  Will your clients use this tool?  I feel giving buyers more information at their finger tips makes it easier for everyone, especially the client!
